A silk wrap is a kind of nail extension coating made from fabric. It is glued on top of your natural nails or your artificial tip extension. It is covered with glue to make it stick. There is also another kind of wrap which is fiberglass. Since they can be made to look natural, fiberglass and silk are really the top choices of material for silk wrap nail extensions.
How about it’s strength? They are practically the same in strength so you don’t have to worry about anything. Try both out for yourself to see which will fit and last longer for you. Just remember, the silk nail extension will absorb glue around it, while the fiberglass will not.
