Ever since I was a little girl, I have loved nail extensions. They looked so cute and pretty but I wasn’t allowed to get them until I was older. When I finally reached the age that I could get nail extensions, I rushed into a nail salon and tried to get one put on. What I didn’t know was there are different kinds of nail extensions with differing materials used to make them.
Being the safe little girl that I was, I had to dig deeper first on what are the different kinds and get a better idea of how to take care of them. So I ran off to ask my mom right? No, not really, I was just too excited and got them on anyways. I chose acrylic nail extensions. It was so cool but I had no idea of how to care for them which led to many problems but I learned through them.
I don’t want you to go through what I went through, so I suggest reading up here on the site about them so you’d get a better idea on what to do and how to take care of your nail extensions.
They all have their own characteristics so if you are new to nail extensions, I suggest you try acrylic nails first before moving on to the other types.

i have a lot of acrylic nails, but now prefer to use the silk wraps and gel nails. Just a personal preference.
