I have seen many women of different ages have different stress relieving habits. From thumb sucking, tooth grinding to skin picking. I also have this habit of hair twisting when I’m bored. One of the most common and irritating bad habits I’ve seen is definitely biting nails. Admittedly, I used to have this bad habit when I was a child and I tried really hard to stop biting my nails.
It took me a long long time to stop biting my nails but eventually, when i did, it was worth it. I can’t imagine biting nails now because that would utterly ruin my nails manicure!
